How to do receiving a package
The Customer receiving a package shall:
verify the integrity, no exterior damages, no wet, conforming to standard packging
verify the bending tape integrity, non manipulated
verify the delivered packs correspond to the one mentioned in the delivery document
any claim must be immediately issued and recorded to the courier agent in the delivery receipt, otherwise the delivery is considered accepted.
